Individual businesses can benefit from many of the programs FBID has launched in the last few years. The Fortuna Gift Certificate brings employee bonuses and holiday sales to Fortuna cash registers. The Customer Appreciation Day promotion lets retail, service, professional and restaurant businesses opt in to a once-a-month promotion advertised by FBID. Seminars on business promotion and other topics help strengthen established businesses. The Business Goods and Services Directory gives businesses, government and organizations a resource for picking Fortuna businesses first. FBID's Member Benefit Committee is continually developing perks for businesses such as bulk mailing discounts.
